Refund policy
INSPECTION OF PRODUCT FOR DAMAGE:
Our professional print labs take great care and ship out products in extremely sturdy packaging and I’ve never yet received any reports of the prints being damaged in transit. However, in the unlikely event that DAMAGE TO ARTWORK has occurred, it must be reported to Fishburne Gallery within 24 hours of collector taking delivery of the art. We require photos to be taken of the damage artwork and the packaging (both close-up and further away) so we may send for insurance coverage and have for our records. We will take immediate action to replace the print and cover all shipping cost of the replacements.
Failure to inspect and report damage within 24 hours absolves the artist, Joe Fishburne and Fishburne Gallery of any and all liability for damages that are not a direct result of production and/or product fault.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If you’re unsatisfied with your print (other than shipping damage), we are happy to exchange it for a different print of equal value within 14 days of you receiving it or you may return it for a store credit once we receive it in our possession. To be eligible for an exchange or return for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 14-DAY RETURN POLICY, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return for store credit.
- All exchanges or returns for store credit must be pre-arranged and include the return authorization number issued by Fishburne Gallery.
- Authorization numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
- The customer agrees that a 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns and exchanges of the originally ordered items.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on exchanges or returns for store credit. Including the shipping from the customer to Fishburne Gallery and in case of an exchange, for the new shipping fees from Fishburne Gallery to the customer.
- If contact with Fishburne Gallery about an exchange or return for store credit has not been established within the 14 days of receipt of the order, no exchanges or returns for store credit will be accepted.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- A store credit of a returned order (minus the 10% restocking fee and initial shipping charge and sales tax) will be recorded in our system and a gift card will be given to the customer once the print is in our possession and inspected and cleared of any damages.
- Any exchange items will be sent to the original address only.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Prior to returning any item to Fishburne Gallery, you must e-mail with the following details in order for us to authorize a return with a return authorization number.
- Sales Receipt or Invoice Number, First & Last Name, Phone and Email
- Item #(s) you want to return
- Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item, etc.
- Specify what action you’d like us to take for you: Replacement, Exchange, or Refund for store credit?
- Our Customer Service team will contact you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
RETURN TO SENDER:
If an order is sent back to us by the shipper for any reason, i.e. incorrect address provided by the customer to the gallery, unclaimed, customer has moved….. it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the additional shipping cost of resending the item.
If an order is returned to us, you will be contacted by phone and e-mail. However, please be aware that it is then your responsibility to contact us for resolution of the situation.
Return to sender orders will be held for 14 days. If no reply contact has been made by the customer within 14 days, items will be restocked and incur the restocking fee of 10%.
